Sales Assistant
Works hand in hand with every member of the Support team. Each Sales Assist has a diverse knowledge base, allowing them to assist both the CSS and PSS in many order management tasks.
Client Support Specialist
Specializes in customer relations. The CSS provides an additional layer of support for their team’s client programs. The CSS manages high levels of service and communication, all to ensure a positive client experience.
